Trigger & Grace Period

This section defines when an alert is triggered and how much time is allowed before the alert activates.

Trigger and Grace Period Configuration

Trigger Point

Section titled “Trigger Point”

Select the event that initiates the alert:

  • After Session End
  • After Session Start
  • Before Session Start
  • Custom Trigger (if configured)

Grace Period

Section titled “Grace Period”

Set the time buffer (in minutes) before the alert is triggered. This grace period allows for manual resolution before automated notifications are sent.
