Standard Alert Types
The system includes several pre-configured alert types to monitor worker behaviour and compliance.
1. Late Checkout
Section titled “1. Late Checkout”Triggers when a worker stays past the scheduled checkout time.
- Severity: High
- Trigger: After session end
- Grace Period: 30 min
- Escalation: Manager → Admin
2. Incomplete Attendance
Section titled “2. Incomplete Attendance”Triggers when a worker fails to check out.
- Severity: Medium
- Trigger: End of Session
- Grace Period: 2 hr
- Escalation: Manager → Admin
3. No Checkout
Section titled “3. No Checkout”Triggers when attendance records are incomplete at the expected checkout time.
- Severity: High
- Trigger: At expected checkout
- Grace Period: 1 hr
- Escalation: Manager → Admin
4. Equipment Not Returned
Section titled “4. Equipment Not Returned”Triggers when assets (e.g., radios, uniforms) remain unaccounted for after a session.
- Severity: High
- Trigger: End of session
- Grace Period: 1 hr
- Escalation: Manager → Admin
5. Policy Violation
Section titled “5. Policy Violation”Triggers when the system detects specific policy violations (e.g., geofence breach).
- Severity: High
- Trigger: After session end
- Grace Period: 30 min
- Escalation: Manager → Admin
6. Check-Out Reminder
Section titled “6. Check-Out Reminder”Reminds workers to prepare for check-out before their booked shift ends.
- Severity: Low
- Trigger: 30 minutes and 15 minutes before booked shift end
- Grace Period: None
- Escalation: None (worker-facing reminder only)
